First we can start with a free 15 minute phone consultation to get to know one another and see if we’re a good fit. Then we can schedule an intake assessment.

During your first session I will start by asking you questions about your thoughts, emotions, and history. You’ll never have to answer something you are uncomfortable discussing. This helps me get to know more about you and what your goals are for therapy. You of course can ask questions too!

My initial assessment fee is $250. My fee for 55 minutes of individual therapy is $200. I take many major insurances such as BCBS, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Aetna. It is the client’s responsibility to reach out to their insurance to determine their co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible. At this time I utilize Headway.Co to check benefits and manage billing.

At this time I am only providing virtual psychotherapy to clients in Massachusetts.

This varies by client and need. Some clients will meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly, or check in as needed. I recommend starting with weekly therapy as we get to know one another and determine your goals.

This also varies from person to person depending on what your needs are. This is something we can continually discuss and determine what works best for you.
