About Me

Hello there! I’m Jess and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed clinical social worker located in Charlotte, NC. I earned my BA in Psychology and Education Studies from Brandeis University and my Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Boston University. I have experience working in college accessibility services, inpatient psychiatry, and outpatient mental health.

From my work and personal experiences I developed a passion for working with individuals with anxiety, depression, and perinatal and postpartum anxiety and mood disorders. I enjoy helping individuals work through life transitions, both big and small. I always meet my clients where they are at and help you get where you want to be.

As a new mom myself, I appreciate being able to help new parents navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. I have training from Postpartum Support International. You deserve to have support through all the changes you’re experiencing.

I am fully licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Massachusetts.
